Meanwhile, along with HSM3 announcement the 18 year old singer and actress asked the law suit imposed by her former attorney Brian Schall should be dismissed as she was only 16 when she enclosed deed of contract with him. According to her new lawyer Evan N. Spiegel cited California’s Family Code “provides that the contract of a minor is voidable and may be disaffirmed before (age 18) or within a reasonable time afterward.”

Schall said that it was under supervision and guidance she was able to earn more than $ 5 million, however he was not paid well and accordingly.
